If N2520/N2560/N4520/N4560 out of response how should I do?
- Please download latest Intelligne NAS from http://install.thecus.com to search N2520/N2560/N4520/N4560, and also beware open your Windows firewall or antivirus firewall allow Intelligne NAS going out to search.
- If Intellignet NAS unable to discover NAS, please check the HDD activity LED is blinking or not. If not, please replug power cord to power NAS up and check again.
- Once reboot and unable to access NAS, please try on following FAQ and skip item 4 & 9:
