If N2310 HW replaced but can't access to RAID data.

If latest INTELLIGENT NAS V1.01.20 ( unable help you to login NAS directly.
But asking to "Create RAID", "ASSIST RIAD" or related message, please arrange following steps for our staff to help you:

1. Preare Thecsu TeamViewer Quick Support (Teamviewer9 only) from
2. Power NAS without HDD.
3. Since INTELLIGENT NAS discovered N2310, and hot plug HDD into N2310.
4. Submit ticket from for our staff to help you remotely.     


如果最新版本INTELLIGENT NAS V1.01.20 無法直接登入NAS管理介面, 且要求 "建立陣列"、"救援陣列"或是相關文字, 請依照以下步驟執行, 讓工程師能遠端協助:

1. 從 下載安裝 ThecusTeamViewer 快速支援 (只支援Teamviewer9)
2. 將HDD取出再開啟N2310.
3. 當 INTELLIGENT NAS 能找到 N2310時, 再將原本的HDD放入N2310.
4. 在 新增一個Ticket, 讓工程師能遠端協助您.
