Please double check you have input correct E-mail address, you will not receive any email from Thecus by input a wrong email address.

In the mean time, we found some free E-mail box may mistake the validation email as SPAM. Therefore, please check if the mail is in "JUNK" or "SPAM" folder. You may search your mail box by using keyword: Thecus .

If the account could not be activated in 3 days, the account will be auto flshed by system. If you can't register the system successfully, please email to Please note that the email box is for registeration issue only, any technical support requestion will be ignored.
