How to know how many concurrent users been log on FTP already?

It is base on FTP client utility as like Filezilla for example:
EDIT=>DEBUG=>SHOW DEBUG MENU=>1-WARNING=>OK=>connect to FTP server=>MESSAGE LOG "200-You are user number x of xxx allowed".
