How to enable SYSLOG get more logs for analysis?

*How to identify my NAS belong to which OS?

--OS5 X32
A. SYSLOG MANAGEMENT
A-1. Enable the from ADMIN WEB UI-> SYSTEM INFORMATION-> SYSLOG MANAGEMENT->ENABLED->LOCAL->ALL.
A-2. We could get the message from SAMBA \\NASIP\nsync\logs have a file named messages.

B. FAEDEBUG
B-1. Please upload this patch via firmware upgrade interface, but don't reboot, after reboot and this patch would invalid and need install again.
B-2. We could get the message from SAMBA \\NASIP\nsync\ have a file named messages.
B-3. If can't get file from SAMBA, please reconfigure the "nsync" folder ALC from public->no public->public.

--OS5 X64
Please enable the SYSLOG MANAGEMENT (NOT SYSTEM-LOG) service for additional information (in txt), since issue happen and we able to get more information as possible.
HOME->SYSTEM INFORMATION->SYSLOG MANAGEMENT->check ENABLE & SERVER & LOCAL->Choose a folder to save and system would new add a subfolder named "syslog"
* For some case log file will be too huge to open, if necessary please enable the “Logrotate” & “Logrotate Time” for daily, weekly or monthly depend on you condition.

ADMIN WEB UI->LEFT UPPER CORNER->CONTROL PANEL->CONTROL->LOG & NOTIFICATION->LOG SETTING->check "ENABLE SYSLOG DAEMON" box->choose "Server" from SYSLOG ROLE & a path to store log files-> Apply
* For some case log file will be too huge to open, if necessary please check the "Log rotate" box for daily, weekly or monthly depend on you condition.
