2018 Happy Chinese New Year & Vacation Announcement

Dear Valued Customer,

Thecus HQ will be closed for Chinese New Year between 2018 Feb/14 and Feb/20. During which, the technical support team will still be available for basic limited technical inquiries.

Some tips for tech support

Welcome to Thecus ESUPPORT, following useful tips for your reference:

1. FAQ: Thecus staff prepare useful FAQ files for user to search & download for 8 years, most case could resolve from these FAQ.

2. CONF.BIN: If you system have some issue or you would provide you system log for we analysis for you, please download CONF.BIN.
For N2310/N4310/N2520/N2560/N4520/N4560 can be download from NAS ADMIN WEBUI->left upper corner have a GEAR icon->SYSTEM MANAGEMENT->CONFIG MGMT->Choose TODAY and DOWNLOAD current CONF.BIN.
Rest of NAS model can be downloaded from [System Management/ Config Mgmt] and then press [Download] button.

3. If you case need staff remote check your NAS, please visit following difference ways:
