If HDD damaged or failed but need the data, how should I do?

If HDD under warranty the HDD manufacturer RMA would swap and HDD for you, but if went to get the data from damaged HDD, please refer to following option:

1. Please choose HDD which include recovery service or purchase this service in advance, as like Seagate Recovery Service:
