If N2520/N2560/N4520/N4560 out of response how should I do?

  1. Please download latest Intelligne NAS from http://install.thecus.com to search N2520/N2560/N4520/N4560, and also beware open your Windows firewall or antivirus firewall allow Intelligne NAS going out to search.

  2. If Intellignet NAS unable to discover NAS, please check the HDD activity LED is blinking or not. If not, please replug power cord to power NAS up and check again.

  3. Once reboot and unable to access NAS, please try on following FAQ and skip item 4 & 9:
