If N2310 HW replaced but can't access to RAID data.

If latest INTELLIGENT NAS V1.01.20 (http://install.thecus.com) unable help you to login NAS directly.
But asking to "Create RAID", "ASSIST RIAD" or related message, please arrange following steps for our staff to help you:

1. Preare Thecsu TeamViewer Quick Support (Teamviewer9 only) from http://www.thecus.com/TTVQS.exe
2. Power NAS without HDD.
3. Since INTELLIGENT NAS discovered N2310, and hot plug HDD into N2310.
4. Submit ticket from http://esupport.thecus.com for our staff to help you remotely.

如果最新版本INTELLIGENT NAS V1.01.20  http://install.thecus.com) 無法直接登入NAS管理介面, 且要求 "建立陣列"、"救援陣列"或是相關文字, 請依照以下步驟執行, 讓工程師能遠端協助:

1. 從 http://www.thecus.com/TTVQS.exe 下載安裝 ThecusTeamViewer 快速支援 (只支援Teamviewer9)
2. 將HDD取出再開啟N2310.
3. 當 INTELLIGENT NAS 能找到 N2310時, 再將原本的HDD放入N2310.
4. 在 http://esupport.thecus.com 新增一個Ticket, 讓工程師能遠端協助您.
