If N2310 HW damaged how to access data again. (RAID data rescue)

Please kindly assist us doing following steps to update via USB & ADMIN WEB UI "BOTH" for this issue:

A-USB Flash
Please update N2310 internal MB OS to latest version:
http://esupport.thecus.com/Knowledgebase/Article/View/240/0/n2310-os6-build-827-usb-upgrade
If blue power LED blinking over 30 mins means this unit have HW issue please goto item E.

B- Choose one of item depend on you condition.
B-1. (If went to keep user data) Via following USB tool remove HDD OS but keep data for a brand new initial:

B-2. (If went to clean all data out) Via following USB tool clean HDD OS up for a brand new initial:

C-INTELLIGENT NAS
Download latest Intelligent NAS from http://install.thecus.com and initial the N2310

D-AMDIN UI
D-1.Download latest or beta for ADMIN WEB UI upgrade file from:
http://www.thecus.com => Linux NAS => N2310 => Downloads => Firmware => http://www.thecus.com/sp_download_page.php?TYPE_ID=3&PROD_ID=97
D-2.Login ADMIN WEB UI PAGE->LEFT UPPER CORNER A GEAR BOX ICON -> CONTROL PANEL -> OFFICIAL NAS APPLICATION -> manual upload latest N2310 FW -> UPDATE, and then reboot NAS.

E-Once above action can't make NAS back to work, please contact with your reseller, local distributor or Thecus Branch office for RMA service directly.

B- 視您的情況選擇其中一種.
B-1. (如果要保留資料) 用以下USB 隨身碟工具清除硬碟OS但保留資料以重新初始化:

B-2. (如果不需保留資料) 用以下USB 隨身碟工具完全清除硬碟以重新初始化:

D-1.從管理者介面更新以下連結下載的最新版本:
http://www.thecus.com → Linux NAS → N2310 → Downloads → Firmware → http://www.thecus.com/sp_download_page.php?TYPE_ID=3&PROD_ID=97
D-2.登入管理者介面 → 左上角的齒輪符號  →  控制台  →  NAS 官方應用程式 →  手動上傳更新版本N2310 版本  →  更新, 然後重啟 NAS.

E-如果以上操作無法讓NAS正常運作, 請連繫台灣維修中心送修 0910-530-800
