If N2520 N2560 N4520 N4560 HW damaged how to access data again. (RAID data rescue)

If HDD & RAID is health
1. Please arrange another same model NAS.
2. Via USB upgrade tool upgrade NAS HW to latest version.

3. Since USB upgrade successfully, and power NAS off.
4. Plug HDD into NAS and power NAS up.
5. Via latest version Intelligent to search NAS.

6. If Intelligent NAS found the NAS and no any "click to assist" or related info, we just need access NAS'WEB site and able to access NAS again.

If HDD & RAID not working.
7. If "click to assist" or related info show up, which means this HDD RAID have issue, and please contact your reseller, distributor or Thecsu tech support for data rescue.
8. Arrange an OS5 X64 NAS and power up without HDD.

9. Login OS5 X64 NAS and hot plug HDD into NAS.

如果 硬碟 & 陣列 狀況良好
1. 請準備另一台同型號的 NAS.
2. 透過 USB 工具將NAS升級到最新版本

8. 請準備另一台OS5 X64 NAS, 不插任何硬碟開機
