If NAS install LSI SAS 9200-8e to linking D16000 but unbootable.

A. We need prepare an USB driver as a Free DOS bootable disk from:
http://rufus.akeo.ie/ or https://github.com/downloads/pbatard/rufus/rufus_v1.1.7f.exe
B. Copy BIOS file and unzip into USB driver.
http://www.thecus.com/Downloads/beta/bios/N89_T40_D16.zip
C. Plug USB driver into NAS back panel USB2.0 port, and USB keyboard & VGA/HDMI to monitor.
D. Power up NAS & press F2 into BIOS.
E. Configure BIOS boot menu booting from USB driver.
F. Boot into DOS, change to folder "DOS" and type "N89_T40.bat" for BIOS update.
