2020 Happy Chinese New Year & Vacation Announcement

Dear Valued Customer,

Thecus HQ will be closed for Chinese New Year between 2020 Jan/23 and Jan/29. During which, the technical support team will offer limited technical inquiries, but RMA service in US & EU will be available as normal.

For all other matters, we will respond asap upon return to the office on 2019 Jan/30. Thank you very much for your understanding. Happy Chinese New Year!
